What this website collects
Nothing. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising on this site. We do not build a profile of you and we cannot identify you from visiting these pages.
The enquiry form does not send anything to us over the internet. It simply opens your own email program with a message ready to send — you stay in control, and nothing reaches us until you press send yourself.
The web server keeps standard technical logs, as all web servers do. These record the address your request came from, the page requested and the time. They exist to keep the site running and secure, and are not used to identify visitors.
If you contact us
When you email or telephone us we will hold what you send — typically your name, your contact details and whatever you tell us about your enquiry — so that we can answer you and, if it leads to work, carry out that work.
The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or the steps necessary to enter into a contract with you. We keep enquiries for as long as we have a business relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, and we do not sell them or pass them to anyone else for marketing.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you, and give you a copy
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete what we hold, where we have no continuing reason to keep it
- restrict or object to how we use it

If this site later gains analytics, a server-side contact form or anything else that collects information, this page will be updated before that goes live.
